Louie Whitmarsh

Louie Whitmarsh is an illustrator based in Chelmsford with a Diploma in Art, Design, & Media from Chelmsford College. He enjoys digital painting, using texture brushes to make bright and colourful illustrations, or drawing people as inflated balloons. When he's not drawing, he is out and about in Chelmsford volunteering in The Art Place, selling little clay models. Or is hanging around at Artists At The Meadows talking with fellow artists.
